How big are the studios?
The Lodge Group studios average 20sqm. These vary depending on each location.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
The minimum length of stay is 1 month
Is there a maximum length of stay
Guests are welcome to stay for as long as they like. We've had some residents with us for over 20 years!
Do I need to pay a bond?
We don't require bonds for rooms however, we do require a 2 week key deposit.
How do I pay rent?
Most guests use a direct debit which is paid directly to the manager of each lodge.
Is a linen service provided?
Linen is changed every week.
How do I do my laundry?
Orwell Lodge has communal coin operated laundry facilities.
What about cleaning services?
All rooms are cleaned once per week. We also ask guests to keep their space clean and hygienic.
Do I need to pay any other bills?
Gas, water, electricity and internet are all included as part of the weekly rent.
What about WIFI?
High speed WIFI is included free of change in all lodges.
Do the lodges have communal spaces?
All lodges have communal outdoor spaces. Orwell Lodge has a communal rooftop terrace.
Is there any parking?
Private parking is not provided at Orwell Lodge. The Lodge is however located only 250m from Kings Cross train station.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not. To be fair to all guests, we cannot allow pets.
Is there a curfew?
Absolutely not. Guests are free to come and go as they please.
